IT'S TIME TO PLANT!
Join us for planting in the beautiful Autumn setting of Araluen Botanic Park. We have 150,000 bulbs to plant in preparation for Springtime and we would love you to help out. This is a fun activity for the whole family.
We ask you to wear 'gardening clothes', bring a kneeling pad and your own gardening gloves. It is quite cool in the mornings at the Park, please wear some warm clothes and suitable enclosed shoes.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed session.
Once all ticketed patrons for the session are entered and at their designated location, the planting will begin. You will be supervised by an Araluen staff member who will guide you through the site induction, planting procedure. You will have access to hand washing facilities and hand sanitizer during your time in the park.
Araluen will provide a light morning/afternoon tea to enjoy after your hard work. Please feel free to bring your own food on the day.
Please note that numbers are limited per day. If you have a large group of over 10 people please contact Araluen staff on 9234 2200.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You will be required to bring your pre-purchased ticket along with you to gain entry to the Park. There is no age limit on this event. Araluen staff will not supervise children on the day.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We have plenty of car bays available in the park. Depending on the location of planting, you will be directed to the closest available parking.
What can I bring into the event?
Your water bottle, hat, and gardening equipment (kneeling pads and gloves).
Morning/afternoon tea if you choose BYO

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes or alternatively please have your ticket ready on your phone for scanning.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No. If you are unable to attend please get in contact with Araluen so that we can either change the name and details of the ticket or cancel your booking so someone else can attend as numbers are very limited. Please note: the ticket can only be scanned once, no duplicate is allowed.
